Thomas Russell Shears is 9 years old and attends St Patrick's Primary School, Geelong West.  He is currently in Grade 5.

Thomas is an experienced performer, having followed in Dad's footsteps as Town Crier since he was 3 years old.  In March 2003 Thomas became the youngest official Town Crier in the world.

Thomas has performed with Andrew as Junior Town Crier at the Pako Festa, Citizenship Ceremonies, Gala Day, Matthew Flinder's re-enactment, Australia Day, McHappy Day and many other events.

Thomas attended Stagecoach Theatre School for 3  years. Studying Dance, Drama and singing.
In November 2001 he passed his Initial "Group Musical Theatre" through Trinity College with Distinction.

For three years Thomas has been a keen member of the Denis Walter choir performing at various locations, including the Carols by the Bay.

In 2002 Thomas was invited to be guest performer at St Therese School Torquay at their Cabaret.

Currently Thomas attends the Golden Plains Academy of Drama.
